Accreditation
- There are two possible forms of
accreditation.
a) On-line
Requirements:
- Filled-in F 1 form.
- One recent picture with white
background in JPEG fornat (300x400pixels).
- Scanned photohraph and personal data
pages of the passport.
The F1 Form and Documents shall be
sent to aspa@mre.gov.br, before April 20, 2005.
b) By Mail
Requirements:
- Filled-in printed F 1 form.
- 2 recent passport size pictures, ith
white background.
- Photocopy of the photograph and
personal data pages of the passport . Please only quality print.
- During the summit, accredited
delegates will receive badges, which will be controlled both by bar code and scanned
photograph.
- Heads of State
or Government will receive
"identification pins".
- Floating passes to the Plenary
Meeting of Heads of State or Government will also be distributed in order to allow
rotation between delegation members; each delegation will receive five passes
Press, security, technical and support
personnel will receive badges with differentiated color
