• The Brasilian government would like to hold meetings for advanced teams in Brasília, on March and April 2005, to give the participating governments the opportunity to visit the sites chosen for the event.
• Selection of the lodgings will preferably be made at the time of the meeting with the respective advanced team, for those Heads of State or Government with confirmed attendance at that time.
• The program will include a visit to the Blue Tree Complex, to the Brasilia International Airport and Air Force base, Itamaraty Palace (Ministry of External Relations) and the Ulysses Guimarães Convention Center, where the Entreprenurial Seminar and the Investment Fair will be held.
• For those interested, the Working Group will include also a visit to São Paulo international and domestic airports.
• The Advanced Teams will be able to establish direct contact with the responsible officials within the Working Group in charge of the Summit’s organization for specific areas of interest: Protocol, Lodging, Support Infrastructure, Security, Health, Communications, Ground and Air Transportation, and Press.
• Several countries have already sent Advanced Teams in the dates that were offered. Should there be any doubt, the countries that did not sent Advanced Teams are advised to contact the Summit Working Group:
