- There are forms for the indication of
special health needs and dietary restrictions of the Heads of State or Government (F12 Form).
- The Brasilian Government will
provide, within the Summit premises and in the recommended hotels, medical facilities to
ensure adequate first aid to the delegates.
- There will be two medical emergency
centers, operating in both venues comprised by the event: the Ulysses Guimarães
Convention Center and the Blue Tree Complex.
- Ambulances and Mobile Units of
Intensive Care.
- A task force for the promotion of
joint cooperation between the security apparatus and Brasilias four biggest public
hospitals is currently elaborating its action plan.
- The local fire brigade will promptly
respond to any emergency and offer transportation in case of medical urgency.
- A list of hospitals which offer
24-hour assistance for emergencies will be made available through the Summit website.
