Facilities at the Blue Tree Complex

The premises of the Summit at the Blue Tree Complex will include:

• A Lounge reserved exclusively for the Heads of State or Government, a Lounge for all remaining delegates, a document distribution center, a copy center and a cyber café.
• Simultaneous interpretation into Portuguese, Spanish, English, French and Arabic.
• Prayer Room.
• Smaller rooms set aside for simultaneous bilateral or intra-regional meetings (previously scheduled with the Working Group).
• Individual office spaces containing work stations equipped with one computer, one telephone line, and one conference table will be provided to each delegation.
• Travel agency counter.
• Exchange services and cash withdrawal machines for international cards.
